Refund claim form

If you wish to make a claim for a refund from the club, please fill out this form. If your claim is successful, you should expect to hear from us within four working days of the claim being made. A payment will be made within three days of a successful claim being made using the information you place on this form.
All claim details placed on this form will be used in accordance with the clubs data protection (GDPR) policy. Bank account details will be deleted from our records 28 days after a payment has been made, or a claim has been rejected (all other details will be kept as part of the club's financial records).

In most cases, we will pay refunds by bank transfer. If you paid by credit or debit card, and successfully locate your payment, we will issue a refund through the debit card in which the payment was made with (within 3 to 5 days). In order for swift payment please enter you bank details below:
