How can I buy a ticket?
During the pandemic, tickets are only available to buy online (tickets are emailed to you after purchase), or at our training sessions.

What prizes are available?
There are two prizes available:

- The jackpot prize, which depends on the amount of players, This is a variable amount and will be announced by text before the draw takes place.
- Free tickets. If your number does not match the bonus ball, but does match a ball drawn in the main draw, you will win a free ticket for the next draw. The prize will be given automatically for Direct Debit players, but all other players must claim their free ticket through the website or in person.
I would to like to play on a weekly basis. What would I need to do?
We have a direct debit scheme that allows you to play on a weekly basis. By playing by direct debit, you get to choose your own entry. To enter draws weekly by direct debit, please click here. When your first payment is confirmed, you will be entered into the subsequent draw.

I have paid for a ticket, but have not received a ticket. What should I do?
If you did buy a ticket at our events, you should of received a paper ticket. Please contact us if you did not receive it and we will look into it. If you ordered online, or played by direct debit, you should of received an email ticket. If you did not receive a ticket, please contact us and we will confirm your ticket details.

hats the cut-off time to enter a draw?
The cut off time is 12:00pm (British time) on the day of each draw. All ticket purchases after this time can be entered at the discretion of the organisers. If it is not entered for that day's draw, it will be entered in the next draw.

What happens if nobody won the jackpot?
In the event that there is no winner of the prize of any draw, there will be a rollover for the next draw. The maximum limit that we will rollover the jackpot is when the prize reaches £100, then it will become a must win draw (with the prize being at least £100).

We operate a Challenge 25 policy where if you look under 25 years old, we will ask players to prove they are at least 16 years old by providing photographic identification. We will refuse a sale if sufficient ID cannot be provided. In our claims process, we will ask for claimants to provide photographic identification for compliance procedure. We cannot pay a prize to anybody who fraudulently purchased a ticket based on being under age.
We operate random checks to see if players who play online are of correct age. Before we send a ticket to a player, we will ask for them to provide identification. If we are satisfied that the player is 16 years of age we will receive the ticket. If not, we will refuse the release the ticket, and we will attempt to process a refund,
